This web-hosting facility was constructed in 3 phases over a 5-month period. Phase 1, completed in 8 weeks, consisted of installing the complete administrative areas,
18,000 SF of raised access floor and the complete MEP system. The construction
was phased to allow the client to occupy the facility and to lease collocation space
while the other 2 phases were under construction.
